Stuck order alerts watches your orders for you. A bank wire that never arrived, a parcel still "Processing in progress" after 48 hours with your express carrier, a cash on delivery order forgotten for a week: each rule detects the orders that stay too long in a status and warns the right people.
For each rule, choose the watched status and the delay in hours, then optionally restrict it to some carriers and/or payment methods. Create as many rules as you need: one for unpaid bank wires, one for express orders not shipped within 24 hours, one for marketplace orders, etc.
Two kinds of emails keep your team informed. The instant alert (yes/no per rule) is sent as soon as new orders match a rule, to the default recipients or to recipients specific to the rule. The recap email, sent by its own cron task (for example every morning), lists all the open alerts grouped by rule: a ready-made report for your customer service, logistics or accounting team.
Every alert is kept in a back office table: order, customer, rule, status, time in status, carrier, payment, total, and alert state (open, resolved, ignored). Alerts are automatically resolved when the order leaves the status. An old order you know about? Flag its alert as ignored: it will never be reported again, neither in alerts nor in the recap.
A global setting limits the module to recent orders (for example the last 30 days), so old orders never flood your mailbox. The cron URLs are protected by a token and work even in maintenance mode.
Compatible with PrestaShop 8 and 9, multistore, no override.
